With the help of "RESERVATION" form, you can book rooms online and receive a guaranteed reservation.
Selecting a suitable accommodation offer
To find a suitable accommodations choose the check-in and check-out dates in the calendar of the Reservation search box (without entering dates, the default setting of the system provides information on the availability of rooms for present day with a term of residence one day). To continue, click "Search", then the system will transfer you to the next tab.
The search result is a list of available rooms. On this tab, you can select the language to calculate the approximate cost of the course in other currencies, you can check your bank (Note! Payment is made in rubles), type of room, the number of seats in the room, number of rooms, view photos and descriptions rooms.
Once you have decided on the best accommodations for you and specify the number of rooms, click "Continue." Until this button is pressed, you can select any other option or return to the first step of the reservation to select new parameters.
On the next page, you can add additional services or just click "Continue."
Confirmation of an order
In the next form, specify your personal data: «Surname», «Name», «E-mail», «Phone» (in case of payment through bank transfer, fill the bank details of your organization in column «Remarks or requests»).
Note! Contact information must be relevant and accurate, as it is necessary for prompt communications regarding your order.
After saving the order, an information letter will be sent to the specified e-mail address. Confidentiality of information is guaranteed.
Click "Send your request".
After saving an order, you will be redirected to the website of the payment system, where you can make a payment.
Payments are carried out by Gazprombank (Joint Stock Company) service. Security of payments is ensured by modern protocols and technologies developed by international payment systems Visa International and MasterCard Worldwide (3D-Secure: Verified by VISA, MasterCard SecureCode).
Selecting type of payment
You can choose one of the following options to pay for an order:
• To pay for your reservation at SKYEXPO Hotel you can use a credit/debit card Visa or Mastercard.
You will be redirected to the payment page of the acquiring bank, where you must enter the card details. If you have "Secure Payments in Internet" service and issuing bank requires a password to make a payment, then after entering card details you will be redirected to the page of your issuing bank to enter such a password.
After payment you will be suggested to return to the SKYEXPO Hotel website.
The processing of cardholder’s confidential data is carried out in the acquiring bank’s processing center, which is certified under the standard PCI DSS.
Protection of transmitting information is provided by modern security protocols in the Internet.
• Payment by bank transfer based on the invoice, which will be sent to your email from the RESERVATION form.
Note! Payment must be made no later than five days before the check-in date. After this period, an unpaid reservation is automatically canceled. Please note that payment must be 100% of the total bill. Please keep payment order (which confirms your payment) until check-in in the hotel.

Confirmation of booking and payment
In case you choose bank transfer as form of payment, booking confirmation letter and an invoice will be sent to your e-mail address specified in the reservation form.
In case you choose credit card as form of payment, booking confirmation letter and confirmation of successful payment will be sent to your e-mail address specified in the reservation form.
Change or cancellation of booking
Any changes to an order are possible until the payment. If the order is made and fully paid, any changes are possible only by its cancellation and registration of the new order, or through the booking department of the hotel.

After cancellation, notification letter will be sent to your e-mail address specified in the reservation form.
In the case of cancellation of the booking in less than 2 days, you will be charged with an amount equal to the first night's stay.
In case you fail to arrive on expected time of arrival, you will be charged with a fee equal to the first night's stay. If guest is late more than 24 hours on his arrival, the reservation is cancelled.
The payment, done through the bank transfer, will be returned to the account specified in the written request for refund that contains all the bank details.
The payment, done through the debit/credit card, will be returned to the card with which the payment was done.
Refund is not paid in cash!
The payment returns within 30 workdays since you receive notification letter about cancellation of the booking.
The amount of time, between the moment hotel transfers refund and the moment when guest’s account actually receives it, is regulated by specific bank.

1Check-in time is 14-00. Early check in and late check out are paid additionally - 200 rub./hour
2All services at the Hotel work twenty-four-hours for you. We kindly ask you do not disturb other guests after midnight. Please, turn down the volume of your TV.
3For the safety of your property we recommend you to use the mini safe in your room or a safety deposit box at the Reception. Please do not forget to close the door of your room no matter whether you are inside the room or not.
4You should not allow anyone to use your key-card. In case of you have lost the card, please inform the Receptionist immediately. Don't forget to return your key-card to the Receptionist when you check-out.
5It is not allowed to change the interior in the rooms and halls of the Hotel without the permission of the Hotel management.
6Do not expose yourself and other guests to danger avoid using open fire (do not burn candles; do not smoke in the room and etc.). It is forbidden to smoke on the hotel territory!Carefully look through the plan of evacuation which is on the door in your room. In case of fire dial 01, please contact the Reception. Dial 010 or 112 at your mobile phone.
7The check-out time in the Hotel is 12:00 p.m. By this time all departing guests are kindly requested to make final payments for accommodation, telephone calls and other services provided by the Hotel. If you want to prolong your accommodation, please contact the Reception.
